What a great way to start our publishing week — a 7″ by Bristol, UK singer songwriter Lande Hekt. The frontwoman of Muncie Girls, Hekt released her debut solo effort Going to Hell last year, and now is solo again for a two song single consisting of the delicious pop tune “Romantic” plus a cover of the Wedding Present’s “Octopussy” (we have been assured that David Gedge approved). This is top stuff, and it is available now in digital and vinyl formats via Emotional Response Records.
