Sour Sync is a rebel with a cause. Based in South London, this artist and producer is a musical anti-purist, constantly playing and experimenting with the boundaries of contemporary production, all while exploring and establishing his own unique genre-defying style. Unafraid of embracing the uncomfortable, he writes with a sense of risk, finding beauty in chaos and celebrating the unconventional.

His debut album, Playtime, was created with skaters in mind, aiming to capture the liberating sensation of losing oneself on a skateboard. The musical project features sonic explorations that skillfully blend the realms of electronic and organic music, infusing it with the rough-and-ready spirit of skateboarding culture and presenting it with a shared human experience. The result is a collection of beats that are both rugged and refined. The album’s lead single, “Dance With Me,” offers a kaleidoscopic sonic experience, encapsulating Sour Sync’s journey to fully embrace the sounds that ignite his creative spirit.
